The Mustangs garnered 3 All-State players to the Class 9A All-State Team.

Derek Grace - Defensive Lineman

Honorable Mention All-State
Kyle Weiss - Defensive End
Kyle Gerlach - Linebacker

The Mustangs finished the season 7-3 as the Mid Dakota Conference Champions and ended their season in the State Playoffs Quarter Final game versus Hanson, who went on to claim the 2009 9A State Championship.
