| PHS head coach Nancy Walling excelled in multi-sports in high school and college. An All-State basketball player at powerhouse Canyon High School who played at The University of Texas for Hall of Fame coach Jody Conradt, Walling has added a Hall of Fame mention to her list of accolades as well. On Dec 29, she will be inducted into the National Flag Football Hall of Fame (located in New Orleans). She quarterbacked the 1982-83 University of Texas team to the national championship in the Superdome where she earned MVP honors and received First Team All-America honors for a third year!
