NRV Elite announces SUMMER ELITE CAMPS for Boys and Girls 3rd Grade through 8th Grade! The date is August 12th, 13th and 14th!  5pm-8pm. 9 TOTAL Hours of ELITE instruction by Head Coach Julia Skinner and staff. Station work that includes conditioning with ladder, recoils and resistance. Ball Handling for beginners and advanced that include tennis ball and resistance. Shooting-all phases (movement with and without the ball). Defense-understanding your role on the floor. Vertical development with resistance training. Only taking 30 spots for each date. The cost is $150.00 for 9 hours of instruction. Call or email today to secure your spot! Once registration is received, each player will be required to fill out a camp form that includes insurance information and waiver of liability. This also allows the staff of NRV Elite to evaluate your child for possible play with NRV Elite teams 2013-2014.
