In 2011 Coach Sisemore was an Adidas Futures National Team head coach where he
coached top young softball athletes from seven different states. He had seven kids
sign to play NCAA division one softball. Additionally, he coached 18u 16u and 14u
competitive softball teams. Coach Sisemore's 2011 teams won a total of four
tournaments and were runners up in three.

Prior to coaching the Adidas National Team, he was an assistant softball coach at the
University of Arkansas for two years. During that time Coach Sisemore served as an
assistant under Head Coach, Mike Larabee, who is also an assistant U.S. National Team coach.
Coach Sisemore was responsible for all aspects of coaching softball, working with
infield, pitchers and catchers and was heavily involved in offense instruction. Coach
Sisemore also had the privilege of working with and helping develop a couple of
all S.E.C. players, one of which went on to play professional women's softball.

Prior to coaching with the University of Arkansas, he coached all levels of competitive
travel softball where his teams compiled a record 126-21 over a four year period.
During that time he also assisted with Coach Randy Osness and Farmington high
school where they won the district 4A regular Season Championship and the District
Championship as well as the Regional Championship. They went on to the state
4A semi finals. Farmington and Coach Randy Osness went on to win the class 4A State
Championship in 2011.

Prior to that, Coach Sisemore was a private hitting instructor for area softball
and baseball players where he had the privilege to help develop two Gatorade "players of the year."

He played his collegiate ball at Southern Arkansas University and is a University
of Arkansas graduate with a degree in Kinesiology. Coach Sisemore is married to
Lori, and has three daughters: Oakley 15, Saylor 11, and Siana 9.

Samantha Juarez

Samantha Juarez was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She grew up playing club
softball for Arizona Impulse and Tucson Roadrunners. Sam played softball at
MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. She graduated with degrees in
Athletic Training and Sports Management in 2009. While there, she was a four year
varsity starter playing third base.

During college, Samantha trained and competed for the Pioneer Olympic Weightlifting
Strength Team. She was named the 2009 All-American National Strength and Conditioning
Athlete of the Year. After college, Samantha coached an Olympic weightlifting program
that included MidAmerica's summer football workouts, local Kansas City volleyball clubs,
and private lessons.

 

 


Assistant/Pitching Coach
Kris Munson

Kris Munson brings a wealth of experience to her role as Assistant Coach/Pitching
Coach for Ecclesia College. She was raised in Dodge City, Kansas. She competed
on numerous teams in the Midwest from Kansas and Colorado during the summer.
She was recruited by the Dodge City Community College, played for two years as the
starting pitcher. She was ranked 3rd in the nation for most strikeouts at the collegiate
level. He was named to the Region 6 Conference Team both her freshman and
sophomore years.

The past five years she has dedicated her time to building pitchers with the mechanics
to become the solid and consistent pitchers. She has impacted 70 plus girls with her
pitching knowledge. She prides herself in teaching them to being good leaders and
responsible players. Her biggest success is her son, Bo Weber that is currently a
freshman at Pittsburgh State University-Pittsburgh, Kansas playing football.

Her goal is to make girls love and appreciate the sport of softball as much as she does,
while developing them to be leaders of our future.
