THE POMPANO BEACH YELLOWTAILS FOOTBALL, INC.

The Pompano Beach Football, Inc is a Federal Non-profit 501(c)3 Organization whose mission is to bridge the gap between youth and young adulthood by instructing and playing top quality football and positively developing our neighborhoods and communities in the Broward County area. Additionally the organization will promote the development of leadership, character, sportsmanship, tolerance, discipline, and athletic ability.

 

The Organization will nurture fitness, volunteerism, and a lifelong love of sports in the community. We will encourage and help those individuals who do not have a college education to go to or back to school and share in the dream of academic and athletic excellence.

To strengthen the Yellowtails’ relationship with the community, the Organization will participate in a mentoring program for at risk youth, host a minimum of two (2) community service activities annually, and manage a scholarship program for local individuals seeking education.

The Pompano Beach Yellowtails adult minor league football program was develop to give players more than another shot at football.  The Yellowtails provide an opportunity for the players to pursue higher education and help turn their lives around.  The team will be comprised of men 17 years and older, from various backgrounds, and who reside in Broward County.

The Yellowtails hope to provide quality family entertainment to our community. Our staff consists of volunteers from Broward County that want to make a difference in their communities. Through community partnerships and the support of local businesses and organizations, the Pompano Beach Yellowtails will achieve its goal of developing into a notable and worthwhile community-enriching program.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The governance of the Bradenton Gladiators shall be vested in the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will be composed of up to seven (7) and no fewer than three (3) individuals. The following is a listing of the board officers:
