 Volunteer Opportunities

Below is an overview of positions available with the Columbus Lady Wings.  Some volunteer opportunities may already be taken and some may not be needed, as our needs will vary from season to season.  Please contact us so that we can discuss
your Volunteer Opportunity of choice.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY	DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Announcer	This person will be responsible for announcing all home games, including, but not limited to sponsors, give-aways, etc.
Crowd Coordinator	This person is responsible for getting the crowd involved including but not limited to:  announcing prize winners involving fans, throwing give-a-ways to the crowd, etc.
Concession Worker	Responsible for running the concession stand at all Columbus Lady Wings Home Games.
DJ	Responsible for providing entertainment for our fans.  This individual must provide or have access to equipment including but not limited to:  speakers, music, laptop, microphones, etc.
Entertainment	Responsible for providing entertainment during half-time shows or during time-outs.  Any talent or skill set is appropriate such as:  singers, rappers, musicians, cheerleading teams, dance teams, bands, choirs, acrobatics, etc.
Hospitality Suite Coordinator	Responsible for coordinating and accommodating the hospitality suite for sponsors, season ticket holders and staff.
Photographers	Responsible for taking all photos at all home games.  This individual must provide or have access to a camera and be able to produce quality "action" photos, which will be used for print and online publication.
Promotions	Responsible for setting up promotinal booths and Lady Wings paraphernalia to sell to our fans.
Stats Keeper	Responsible for all player stats during games.  This person must have a clear understanding of basketball and have had prior stat-keeping experience.
Time Keeper	Responsible for working the time clock during games.
Team Manager	Responsible for assisting the team in any way possible including but not limited to:  providing water and towels during timeouts, helping with equipment, assisting coaches, etc.
Videographer	Responsible for recording all Lady Wings home games and producing highlight films for lnline viewing.
