Dickson, Jonas (4) & Devine (5) Eastview lost their second consecutive game of the day and took 4th Place in the Burnsville Tournament. The loss to Burnsville White was their third consecutive in just two weeks. Eastview hopes to see them again soon because they owe them a better game. The defense was once again a struggle as they booted 5 balls in the field. Their offense was led by Dickson (1 r), Anderson (2 bb), Edsten (2 h, 2 rbi), Melzarek (3 sb) & Vossen (rbi) -- all five reached base multiple times! Eastview has Monday off before they come back with three consecutive league games this week. Garrett Runing (1-0, 0.00) is expected to make his second start of the season Tuesday night against Prior Lake. Eastview has some ground to gain as they are 2.5 games back of New Prague and Burnsville for first place. Dickson (L, 0-2) |
