Stofferahn & Kelley (5) Eastview lost a tough battle against a talented Jordan squad by a score of 3-0. The Lightning got a quality start by Stofferahn (1 ER, 4 K) who went 4+ innings and scattered only 3 hits. It was a battle of pitching and defense as their were a combined 8 hits and 0 errors from the two teams. Eastview's downfall was that they stranded 11 men on base - so they had plenty of runners and chances to score. Eastview comes back tomorrow and face Bloomington Bombers in the first game and Lakeville South in the second game.
