Game
Notes:
Once again one bad inning proved the downfall of the Kelowna Cubs, as Nanaimo struck for seven runs in the fifth to beat the Cubs 9-2 and sweep the weekend series. Clayton Smith tossed a complete game three-hitter for the win. Jordan Valgardson was strong for four innings, but the tough Pirate hitters got to him in the bottom of the fifth. Andrew Griffin led Nanaimo with two hits and three rbi's. Kelowna's hits were doubles by Ryan McCredie and Jeff Anderson and a single by Cody Valgardson.
