Notes:
Stark, Rittaco (3), Anderson (5), Woods (7), & Christian (7) Eastview found the W column for the first time in five games. They got up early 8-2 and held off MDH to win 9-8. Christian (SV) came in and got the game-winning strikeout with the tying run on 2nd. Christian is finding his groove back on the mound, which is key for the Lightning down the stretch. The defense struggled again with 4 errors, leading to 6 unearned runs. The offense pounded out 9 hits though, led by Stark (r) & Higgins (2 rbi) with multiple hits each. The Lightning open play in the Shakopee Tournament on Friday night against Eden Prairie.
