Furnstahl, Herro (3) & Buck (4) Eastview's (3-2) win streak came to a stop with a 14-0 loss to EP Black. Eastview was flat from the start and EP jumped on them right away and continued to put up a crooked number in every inning. The Lightning couldn't get anything going offensively and weren't there mentally. With the blowout loss, the Lightning lost the chance to win the wild card to advance to Sunday's semifinals. Instead, the Lightning pack their bags for the weekend until Tuesday's league game against Bloomington (1-1 in league). Game time is set for 615pm at the home field -- EVHS Varsity.
