Stark, Higgins (6), & Anderson (6) Eastview traveled to Eagan for a league game with their rivals. The Lightning responded to 2 runs from Eagan with 4 runs of their own in the 3rd. They tallied 4 more in the 5th and 2 in the 6th to coast to a 10-2 lead while playing near perfect baseball. However, one bad inning ended up killing Eastview. Eagan rallied for 10 runs in the 6th, only one of which was earned because the Lightning committed 3 errors in the inning. Starting pitcher Tony Stark (8 H, 3 K, 5 R) pitched 5 1/3 innings before giving the ball to the 'Pen. The offense was led by Anderson (3 hits, 4 rbi) and Schul (2 rbi).
