| Game Notes: Another solid performance by the boys as we overcame adversity for the second game in row to come from behind for the victory. Nick LeGates pitched great in the first inning but struggled a bit with his control in the second. Jack Ryan came in and did a good job limiting the damage in the 2nd, and then pitched into the 4th inning. Dylan Schwartz came on for the second game in a row and shut the door on the other team. We held them to two hits over five innings, but gave up 9 walks. Still, defensively we shut them out 3 of the 5 innings. Grayson (2), Jack R (2), Dylan (2), Colin, Jack A and Kai all made plays in the field! Our bats came through in a big big way today as we pounded out 16 hits!!! Leading the way with four hits was Jack Adler, while Grayson Craft and Dylan had three each. Contributions came from up and down the line-up! Stars were awarded to Dylan, Grayson, Jack A and Jack R. Well done!!!! | ||||||||
