Higgins & Christian (3) Eastview and Farmington battled in a great game. Down 6-4 after 3 innings, the Lightning fought back for 3 runs in the 4th. Farmington took the lead again in the 6th and were up 9-7. Eastview came back again and tied the game. However, Eastview walked 3 consecutive guys leading to a run and the victory for Farmington. Taking the loss was Christian (4 H, 4 BB, 4 R), who came in relief and pitched 3 2/3 innings. The offense was led by Sikich (2 hits, 1 sb, rbi), Stark (2 hits, 2 sb), and Vossen (2 hbp rbi).
