Notes:
The Renegades complete their regular-season sweep of the Eagles with a 7-3 win at Beautiful Renegade Park. Clint started on the mound, and held the Hillers to 3 runs on four hits, while notching two Ks on the way. Patrick (the secret weapon) came on and clipped the Eagle wings over the last four shutout innings, yielding only one more hit and getting 6 Ks along the way. Many Eagle batters were flinching and diving away from the inside pitch, only to helplessly watch it drop over the inside corner. Clint only lacked a HR to hit for the cycle, getting a single/double/triple and 4 rbi on the night. Nick started the game with a triple and got another single, & Austin L also added a triple in the big 5th inning. Brian, Steven, Austin S, and Michael also had singles. |
