The Thunder pounded out a season-high 20 hits to beat Richfield in five innings, 19-3. Derek Jacobson (1-2) went the route to get his first win of the season. Derek Jacobson gave up five hits, struck out four and walked five. Andy Cutter went 3-for-5 and knocked in three, including a two-run, no-doubt blast in the third, his first of the season. Four Thunder players had three-hit games: Cutter, Derek Jacobson (3RBI), Chad Eul (3RBI), and Keegan Jindra (3RBI, 3RS). Alex Johnson added two RBI and Eul scored four runs. "Easy" Eddie Hagberg had two hits, scored three runs and knocked in one. Josh "Future" Retka added two hits and scored twice. The Thunder improved its overall record to 10-5 heading into the Firecracker Tournament. Josh "Future" Retka is the scheduled starter. The Thunder has now won four straight.
