The Plato Blue Jays win the 2024 Season Opener in Winsted against eh Wildcats with a final of 2-0.  Matt Odegaard hit a 2-run bomb to get the only 2 runs on the board in the 6th inning.  Reece Schwirtz gets the "W" and had 13 strikeouts to start the season.

 

Next Up, Plato will have their Home Opener for the 2024 Season in Plato at Blue Jay Stadium against the New Germany Dutchman on Sunday, May 12th which is Mother's Day!  Game time is 6pm in Plato.  So, get Mom and treat her to a Plato Blue Jay game at Blue Jay Stadium and jpin the reats of the Mom's and cheer on the Blue Jays as they look to get another "W" in the win column.
