The Bantam AAA Dodgers are happy to announce they will be participating in their first pre-season tournament March 28 to 30 in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

 For those successful in making the AAA roster, parents/players need to be aware of the following:

• Will require a valid Passport
• Henderson, Nevada (located just outside the Vegas strip) will be the host community for the annual Spring Baseball in the Desert tournament.
• Tournament begins March 28 and concludes on March 30. This is a 4 game guarantee tournament. Schedule to be determined.
• 16 rooms have already been blocked at the Sunset Station Hotel & Casino located at 1301 West Sunset Road, Henderson https://sunsetstation.sclv.com/en/Hotel.aspx . All players attending will stay at this hotel. The agreed hotel rate is $50 a night (Wed/Thur) & $84 a night (Fri/Sat). Taxes not included in price. March 27th is the check in date and check out will be on March 31st.
• Once the tryouts have concluded and the roster finalized, a link will be provided to the teams parents with instructions as to how to reserve your room. The rooms blocked for the team will be held until March 17. Any non booked rooms after March 17^th will be released to the public.
• Parents(s) are responsible for booking their flight and reserving their room for the player and any family members attending.
• Departing from the Bellingham airport seems to be the more convenient and cheapest way to go. As well, we found Allegiant Air http://www2.allegiantair.com  to have a very competitive rate. That said, it’s up to each family member to determine where they will be departing from and which flight they will be taking on March 27th.
