The hotel information for the June Mayors Tournament in Battle Creek, MI, June 25-27, 2010 is now available and you can begin booking today.  If you are not the hotel coordinator for your team, please pass this email and information along to your team's designated hotel coordinator.

Tournament Hotels:  The designated hotels for the tournament are supporters of the tournament.  Their cooperation enables us to offer you high quality, sports friendly accommodations at competitive rates that are close to the fields. 

Game Day USA is teamed up with PSE Travel, their official housing service, to make the hotel reservations process for your team convenient and hassle free.  Their services are being provided to ease the search for quality, sports friendly hotels that are conveniently located near the fields.  Dedicated hotel room blocks and rates have been secured and are available through PSE Travel.  Each hotel has been toured and inspected by PSE.

Please click on the website link above to view the tournament hotels and book your team’s room block online – it’s secure, simple and convenient. By accessing the hotel information online, you will be able to view the available hotels, pictures, current availability, rates and distance from the fields.  After viewing the hotels, click on “Book Reservations” to request your preferred hotel and room block needed.  It is very simple and there are some basic instructions along the way to help you through the steps.  Once you submit that request, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on what happens next.
