The River Bandits traveled to Hutchinson Wednesday night and fall to the Huskies by a final score of 4-14.
Rockford took the early lead and led going into the 5th. At that time the Huskies' bats heated up as they put up twelve runs in the final three innings. Rookie, Haven Williams, gets his first start on the bump and throws four innings and only gave up two.
Offense was led by Bryan McCallum, who got three hits, and Andy Jorges, who knocked two doubles. Ben Fontana, Cody Kielsa, and Jason Lesser also had hits during the game.
Rockford will look to jump back and play in Maple Plain at 6:30pm Friday, June 12th (tonight).
