Katy, TX----Taylor used a 13-0 second quarter to turn the tide and beat Cinco Ranch, 47-32 on Friday night at Taylor High School.  The Cougars jumped out to an 11-1 lead in the first quarter and led 16-8 before the Mustangs clamped down on defense and used the second quarter to take a 21-16 lead into halftime.  Taylor stretched their lead to twelve points, 38-26 heading into the fourth period. 

Megan Palmer had 11 points and 7 rebounds, while Ashleigh Nwanguma added 10 points and 17 rebounds for the Cougars.
