POOL PLAY--THURSDAY ACTION

#19 North Shore 49 Cinco Ranch 38
North Shore used a 23 point 2nd quarter to keep Cinco at bay and pull out an 11 point win.  Megan Palmer had 15 points and 7 rebounds for the Lady Cougars. 

#15 North Crowley 58 Cinco Ranch 49
North Crowley opened up a 33-20 halftime lead and maintained that lead in the second half to pull away from the Cougars.  Megan Palmer had 18 points, 12 rebounds, and 5 assists to pace Cinco.  Ashleigh Nwanguma added 12 points and 8 rebounds.   

BRONZE BRACKET--FRIDAY ACTION

Cinco Ranch 63 Corpus Christi Ray 34
Angie Moore had her first career double double with 10 points and 10 rebounds as Cinco advanced in the consolation bracket with the easy victory over Ray.  The Lady Cougars raced to a 35-15 lead at the break and never looked back.  Megan Palmer added 11 points and 8 rebounds and Ashleigh Nwanguma chipped in with 8 points and 9 rebounds.  Peyton Crump had 6 steals in the win. 

Cinco Ranch 69 Clear Creek 54
The Lady Cougars had their second straight strong offensive showing in easing past Clear Creek.  Megan Palmer had a dominant game with 26 points, seven rebounds, and six assists.  Peyton Crump was 5-6 from the field to finish with 14 points and Ashleigh Nwanguma had 12 points and 13 rebounds. 

CONSOLATION CHAMPIONSHIP--BRONZE BRACKET--SATURDAY

#20 Bellaire 58 Cinco Ranch 57
Cinco jumped out to a 35-20 lead at halftime, but couldn't hold off the Lady Cardinals in the Bronze Bracket Championship Game.  Peyton Crump was 7-9 from the field and finished with 15 points and six rebounds, and Angie Moore had 14 points and eight rebounds.
