Luis graduated from Evangelic Central High School in Santo Domingo, DR. The Dominican native will be serving the Mustangs behind the plate. A solid receiver with superb blocking skills, Luis will also be an impact player in the middle of the lineup. Luis sprays the ball to all fields and has the power to drive one out of the yard, occasionally. Luis participated in the RBI program in the Dominican Republic where he earned MVP honors in 2005. He majors in Business Administration.
