2018 starts now for current and new athletes! Phoenix Lady Elite 1's post season training. If you want a jump on next season, join our weekly training group sessions. Sessions will be focused on increasing athleticism that will directly enhance basketball skills. Sessions will have guided instruction led by P.H.A.S.E. 1 Athletics experienced staff.
