Frogs win big over Clear Lake

The Bird Island Bullfrogs continue to swing hot bats, scoring 18 runs on 18 hits on a non-league matchup against the Clear Lake Lakers. Bird Island won 18-3 on a night sponsored by Health Enhancement.
At the plate, the Frogs were led by Shawn Dollerschell who went 3 for 4 with two doubles and 7 RBI's, Tyler Hebrink who went 3 for 3 with a double and 4 RBI's and Tyler Seehusen who went 4 for 5 with a double and 2 RBI's.
Luke Kramer started the game, going 5 strong innings to pick up the win. Kramer gave up 1 run while striking out 4. Kramer was relieved by Tate Lange, who pitched 2 innings, allowing 1 earned run, while striking out 2.
The Frogs improve their record to 8-1 overall.
On Sunday, June 1st, the Frogs travel to Willmar to take on the Rails in a Cornbelt game.
