2017 All-VCBC Teams Selected

The Victory Collegiate Baseball Conference is pleased to announce the 2017 all-conference awards. Student-athletes were selected for all awards by vote of the VCBC head baseball coaches.

Dallas Christian College's Mark Zuniga and Ecclesia College’s JT Stalnaker earned Co-VCBC Player of the Year.  Zuniga finished his sophomore year hitting .370 with 57 hits, 40 RBI's, 8 doubles and 10 homeruns.  Stalnaker wrapped up a junior campaign where he hit .420 with 63 hits, 48 RBI’s, 17 doubles and 7 homeruns.  Madison Bates, also of Ecclesia College, was named VCBC Pitcher of the Year as a junior with a 9-1 record and 3.5 ERA on the mound.  Dallas Christian College head baseball coach, Denny Dixon was named Coach of the Year.

The following student-athletes were selected by conference coaches as All-VCBC First Team, All-VCBC Second Team and VCBC Honorable Mention.
