Pitchers can pitch no more than 5 innings (15 outs) in a game.
No run limit
Baseballs: Rawlings R-200
1 hour 45 minute time limit on all games (Kirkwood)
2 hour time limit on all games (Affton)
Bat Restrictions: Minus 5 or heavier (Kirkwood)
No bat restrictions for Affton
On deck batter must warm up behind the batter.
Home team will play from the 3rd base dugout.
