The Renegades defeat GGBL newcomer Lilburn 14-5 at Lilburn Lions Club field, playing error-free baseball and taking advantage of the Dodgers' five errors and nine walks. Patrick started and went four strong innings, notching 4 Ks along the way and scattering four hits. Ryan and Michael closed out the win. It was a monster day for Big "A" Austin S with two homers! Ryan added another homer, and Nick had a double and a single. Clint, Zach, Lucas, and Reid all tallied singles, while Parker was walked three times after running the count full in every at-bat. Another big day on the basepaths with 5 Renegades getting steals, and Lucas-to-Austin L nailing a would-be basestealer in the bottom of the fourth inning. |
