Notes:
WP: Luke Stone (2-0) Trailing 6-5 going into the bottom of the fifth inning, the Jays scored 11 runs to win the second game of the double header with Cranbrook 16-6. The game was called after five innings because of the 10 run mercy rule. The Jays complete the four game sweep of Cranbrook, extending their league record to 7-3. Luke Stone was the player of the game. Stone went 4-4 at the plate with three doubles and six RBI's. Also, Stone earned the win on the mound, working three innings to pick up his second win of the day. The Jays improve to 18-8 overall. |
