After a failed bunt attempt, Bangh knocked a single up the middle. Ibeneme then knocked in the leading run with a double to the left center gap. Stockwell followed up with a successful squeeze attempt for the insurance run. The story of the day was the pitching. Dickson (4 IP, 5 H, 0 BB, 3 R) & Johansen (4 IP, 2 H, 0 BB, 0 R) combined to give up 0 earned runs and didn't walk any Wildcat hitters. After the first two innings, the Lightning defense was stellar!
