In the second game of the day the Jays held a 3-2 lead over the Spokane Cannons before exploding for 7 runs in the top of the seventh inning. The final score was 10-4. Offensively the Jays had major contributions from Nick Ferraro and Kellen and Connor Jones. The three combined for five of the Jays hits and three RBI's.
Connor Jones recorded a season high 10 strikeouts on the mound. Jones pitched 6.33 innings, allowing seven hits, striking out 10 and walking three. He improves his record to 5-1 on the season. The Jays improve their overall record 21-11 and 3-1 in the Spokane Tournament.
