With the game tied 0-0 going into the bottom of the fifth, the Jays got their one and only run off of an eratic throwing error by the Glacier Twins catcher as he attempted to put out Cam Strachan who struck out. The throw rolled into right field giving Matt Larmour the opportunity to score from second base. One run would be all the Jays needed as the combo of Connor and Kellen Jones shutout the Twins, allowing only four hits in the contest. Connor Jones picked up his first win of the season, pitching 6 1/3 innings before turning the ball over to his brother Kellen for the final two outs. Kellen picked up his first save of the year.
