Off Season Workouts -    Summer Schedule: Weight Room  (High School) 10-11:30 am Mon, Tue, Thur, Friday.  Speed and Agility (High School) 9-10am Mon, Tue, Thur, Friday.  Hitting only practice (HS Field) Tuesday 6-7:30pm.
