L.E.A.D. is non-profit organization operating in it's 2nd year as an AAU Club.

 

L.E.A.D. is based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and was formed to promote the overall development of young individuals through participation in team athletics.
 

L.E.A.D. focuses on the development of leadership, physical fitness, and team building, and requires each athlete to maintain a high standard in academics.
