| Posted Nov 6/09 - GRAY Successfully Defends Championship Reign |
The GRAY STORM celebrates into the night as they successfully defend their title reign Thursday evening. Despite low 40 degree temps, wind gusts and threatening showers throughout the night, GRAY used it's consistant ability to have timely hitting and a no-die defense to secure their win vs Orange. Both teams, as with every meeting on the field, had something to prove this year as they left it all on the field when it was all over. |

GRAY STORM will be having a team meeting early Saturday evening in Alloway at Coach "Power""27""Lefty" Booth's house on Main St. Coincidentally, this meeting will be held simultaneously with the 2009 Annual Alloway Halloween Parade. (Please contact Mike for exact house number.) |

Post season begins Oct 19th for the LAC CoEd Fall League. Opening game features GRAY Storm hosting Brown followed by Orange playing host to Yellow. Tuesday finds Black facing off against Red with Green playing the night cap with Teal. Wednesday and Thurday will show the game times and home/away in a flip format to level out the fairness of play. Friday evening will be the "if needed" night for the best-of-three series'. |

As the end of the 2009 regular season comes to an end, Gray has shown they are formidable opponent for the league. The team finished the season strong with 4 strong, hard fought wins compiling a 14-2 record. Loses only to Black and Orange tainted the record. Gray finished with a run differential showing a +124 runs over their league opponents. |
