Thunder Blast 4 Homeruns in WSYBL action!

The Thunder bats BOOOOOOMED on Tuesday night at the WBLL COMPLEX!    The home town kids belted four homeruns out the south diamond to give the team the fire power for victory!  Josh Brockman pitched 3 strong shut-out innings for the win!

The fireworks started early with Juan Gurrola hitting a long homerun deep over the centerfield fence in the first inning to give the team the lead.    Then in the 3rd inning Cooper Schlosser belted an opposite field bomb over the left field wall to make the score 4-0.   In the 4th inning the the Thunder bats kept rolling with Nick Sterman blasting a homerun to center and Blake, TJ, Josh, and Jordan kicking in hits  to make it 10-0.    The Falls team did not quit and answered with 4 runs in the top of five.  But on this night the Thunder bats would not be denied!  In the bottom of the inning, the team plated a run to make it 11-4, then put two more runners on with one out and Jonny Baumann at the plate.  Jonny boooomed a 1-1 pitch deep over the center field wall for a walk-off, run rule game winner!    The THUNDER HAS ROLLED!
