We know schedule changes can be an inconvenience, but we hope you are excited that we are attempting to schedule more baseball games.  The JV Longhorns will now return to Holston, tomorrow, March 25th, to play the Cavaliers.  The JV club beat the Cavaliers last Friday by a score of 10-2.  Harley Reece, who won the JV opener at Hampton, will be on the hill for Johnson County.  The JV Horns travel to Unicoi County to face the Blue Devils on Friday.  Andy Stout will have the ball on the mound for Johnson County in that game.  We are attempting to schedule two JV doubleheaders for Saturday, April 17th and Saturday, April 24th.  We have contacted several schools and are waiting for a reply.  Many teams in our area do not put much of an emphasis on JV baseball, as two high schools in our area told us they do not have JV teams.  Please bear with us as we attempt to have the largest JV schedule in the Pete Pavusek era at JCHS.
