The Midwest Gloves dropped a second game to the FW Indians last night losing a close one 7-6.  It was the first game at Ash Center that actually lasted 7 full innings.  The Gloves staked an early 2-0 lead on two outs in the bottom of the first.  A couple of errors in the third inning allowed the Indians to strike back and take a 4-2 lead.  For a second night in a row, the gloves hurlers shined by allowing only 3 walks.  Adam Davison threw 4 good innings and demonstrated good enough stuff to earn a win.  Joey Morlan figured out how to throw a curve ball in the second inning of his 3-inning relief and only allowed 2 runs.  Other highlights included tremendous efforts by both Justin Hill and Jordan Hissong diving for catches in separate innings. 

The Gloves play in the BPA Spring Fling at Columbia City this weekend.  Other opponents include FW Cubs, Stars, and FW Indians.  Look for a new uniform combination on Saturday to change up the karma!
