Hi everyone Coach Ron here. Nice win last night. Both Coach Charles and I saw a lot of very good things at the ballpark last night. We continue to be aggresive on the base paths and we made better decisions when to run and no one was tagged out trying to steal a base. Our bats also came alive and there were some very good hits last night. Our pitchers are doing a great job and our defence will get better with a few good solid practices. Our team is really starting to round into form. Good job everyone.

 As of last night the new rule of having to slide into home plate whenever there is a play at home came into effect. "There are no more warnings". If you don't slide you will be out and that will make Coach very sad. Both your coaches thought everyone gave a great effort in following the new rule, thank you.

Okay, lets do player of the game. Like I said earlier there were some big hits and quite a few players caught my eye. After recapping the game in my head I realized that one player had truly stood out. Not only did she pitch 2 solid innings but in the first inning with the bases full and none out she dug deep and only allowed 1 run to score.  Behind the plate playing back catcher nothing was getting by her as she kept the base runners from advancing. Some good swings at the plate and good aggressive base running gives ASHLEE last nights player of the game honors. Well done Ashlee.
