It took 5 days to complete game 4, but the ending was worth the wait for the Yorkton Cardinals.  The Cardinals won their first ever SESBL title, beating the Canora Supers 5-4 in an extra inning on Tuesday night.  Justin Stupak scored on a wild pitch from third base in the bottom of the eighth inning to give the Cardinals the victory.  Tuesday's game was a continuation of last Thursday night's suspended game, where the teams were tied at 4 going into the bottom of the sixth inning.

The Cardinals stranded 2 runners in both the sixth and seventh innings, while the Supers got their lead man on base in the seventh and eighth innings but stranded them on base each time.  Travis Nesbitt ended up getting the victory on the Cardinal mound, while Darcy Blommaert was tagged with the loss.
Back Row: (L-R) Brian Boechler (Assistant Coach) Brian Trollope (Head Coach) Dennis Gilchuk, Mark Jacobs, Dane Kobylko, Bryce Jacobs (Assistant Coach) Ross Stilborn, Kurt Karcha, Mike Cross, Tyson Nesbitt, Gary Lamb (Coach)

Front Row: (L-R) Justin Stupak, Matt Poier, Tyler Nesbitt, Dalane Lamb, Travis Nesbitt, Garrett Yeske, Luke Boechler

Missing: Matt Totte, Justin Holland, Steven Windsor, Ryley Blyth
