Sunday January 16: Hitting Clinics in the Batting Cage Red Group at 6:00PM and Black Group at 7:00PM (Wear your Colors)

Tuesday 6:30PM: Fitness, Agility, and Core Workout at Sports Starz (Sports Starz Fitness Olympics Events will be announced. 5 Gold Medals to be won.)

Due to overwhelming response, wednesday's gym sessions are now broken  into 3 groups as follows:

Thursday: Winter League at the Batting Cage. Who will qualify for the Spring Showdown and a chance to become  the Winter League Ultimate Champ!

Red Group at 8PM

Black Group at 9PM

Saturday Morning Pitching groups with John Parker Remain the same at 9 and 10 AM
