 The Ridge Meadows Royals picked up their first win of the Regular Season by winning the back end of a doubleheader with the Victoria SR Eagles. Add another two home runs to the Royals team totals as Halstrom went deep in game one for his first of the year and McMaster hit his second already in game two. Royals defence is continually improving but had some minor let-downs in game one contributing to a 9-4 loss but was much improved in taking game two by a score of 4-3. Royals face the Victoria JR Eagles on Easter Sunday for a set of two games. |
