On Sunday the Royals exploded for 13 runs in the top half of the first inning hitting balls to every square inch of the Cloverdale Ballpark.  Godfrey played his role at the dish to a "T" seeing close to 15 pitches in two ABs in the first inning.  Halstrom executed a nice delay steal in the first and coupled with smart baserunning as well as numerous extra base hits, this game was over early.

The Royals shift their focus to the Cloverdale Spurs who are a very tough team even though the Royals have had success against them so far this year.  First pitch goes at 6:00PM at Pitt Meadows Athletic Park.
