All hotel reservations that were made at THE QUALITY INN (which was sent to you by email), have been cancelled.  DO NOT CALL HOTEL!! Not to worry, your credit card will not be charged.  Since it was a group reservation, Rita, the coordinator, was able to cancel all reservations made.  If anyone made reservations elsewhere, please cancel ASAP.
