After losing the 2008 Provincial final to the Whalley Chiefs, the A's came to the 2009 provincial tournament with two things on their mind: victory and vengeance. Whalley went two and out before meeting the A's - vengeance was checked off the list. All that remained was victory. The A's shifted their sights to the West and North Vancouver squads. Playing their own style of baseball, the A's were able to win the Provincial Championships in a thrilling 6-4 final.

... but don't start having a party yet...

The goal among the Senior A's is that of continued success. 'I don't want to be team B.C. I want to be team Canada' said 2nd basemen, Darren Honeysett. These feelings have been echoed throughout the team and have shown in practices. Manager Bruce Michael and the rest of the coaching staff are pleased with the work ethic that the team is showing and expect to make an impact at the 2009 Senior Canadians in Saint John New Brunswick.
