Host Families are a vital component to the success of of the Auburn Wildcat Summer Collegiate Baseball Program. The Wildcats recruit players from across the United States and in some cases, foreign countries. We combine thme with local players that also play at colleges from across the country. The role of the Host family is to provide a safe, comfortable place for the Student Athlete to call home for approximately 10 weeks. The player will be on travel many days, and will also be home late on home game nights. The Host Family is invited to attend team functions as well as receive season passes to all wildcat home games. Host family children are invited to be part of the program as batboys/bat girls, help with the snack bar, or work the admission gate. In some cases, some positions can earn $20.00, however thise positions will be limited. Players may not have their own transportation, but it is the responsibility of the Auburn Wildcats to organize rides and travel transportation.
