The Red Sox deeated the Pirates 15-7 on a chilly damp Tuesday night. Mark Suminski picked up the win in his first start of the season. The Sox never trailed as they put a three spot up in eash of the first 2 innings. The Pirates scored 4 in the 3rd to cut the lead to 6-5, bu then the bats caught fire again. Dustin, mark and Mike each had 3 hits, Sandro and Marc had 2 each and Zack ripped a double that turned a tight game into a blow out.

The Sox take the field again Thursday against a very good Cardinal team. First pitch set for 5:30 as Dustin takes the mound for the crimson hose.
