When Travis isn't rescuing cats from trees he sometimes finds time to grace the Jerks with his presence. Actually, 2004 saw Groz become the first retired player still on the Jerk’s active roster and somehow he has managed to repeat the accomplishment for 2005.
Outside the ball team, Travis likes to hang out with the Ballcharts Webmaster telling people what they can and cannot say; sitting in the row next to the washroom on long bus trips; and planning his upcoming wedding to Sally the CPR Dummy from MRFD Fire Hall #9. Each year Groz’s performance peaks during a three day period in May - let’s just say is the Major Leagues held their Spring Training in Kamloops on the May long weekend Groz would be a sure bet. Don't listen to the other guys Travis, the camel toe looks good on you.
