Girls Soccer conditioning sessions will begin in December and be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 to 5:00 pm during December, January, and February.

A completed sports physical form MUST be on file in the office before a player can participate. Bring any personal medical devices or supplies needed (inhaler, epi pens, etc.) to each conditioing sessions.

A common question often asked is "What kind of cleats should I get my daughter?" My answer is "The cleats that feel comfortable when she closes her eyes." Don't look at brand, don't look at color, don't look at the fancy features on the outside. If they don't feel right, absolutely none of that stuff will matter.

Bring water. Come prepared to condition for indoor and outdoor sessions. Sessions will held outside as much as possible, but may go indoors if the outside temperature is under 40*F. Bring hats, scarfs, gloves, or whatever appropiate gear you need for the forecasted weather.

Participants will be expected to perform repetative excercises which will include, but not be limited to: mile run, stair climbs, push ups, sit ups, burpees, sprints, squats, and jumping.

NEW FOR THE 2023 SEASON: Roanoke County Schools now allows 6th graders to participate. This is fantastic news as it opens up options for talent and participation. As a result, the WBMS Lady Terriers will no longer use the Manager program, but instead we will create a squad for reserve players to learn, develop, and grow as players. Reserves will be very much a part of the team with different responsibilities.

More to come as the season nears.

Flexibility.

Safety. Respect. Effort. Commitment.

Perserverence.
