League Rules for 13u:
7 inning games
All games will start at 6:30 p.m.
Maximum 5 runs scored per inning (last inning open).
Do not start a new inning after 1 hour and 45 minutes. ("Last Inning" is automatic if top of inning is starts after 1 hour and 30 minutes mark)
Base Distance 70 feet / Pitching Distance 48 feet

Once a player assumes the position of pitcher, they cannot catch for the remainder of the day.
Teams may play with only 8 players in the field and the "empty" batting spot is not considered and out.
A pitcher cannot pitch 3 consecutive days unless a pitcher's first two days (2) days combined does not exceed 13U - 30. If the pitcher's Day 1 and Day2 excexceeded 30 pitchesey require at least one day's rest. A pitcher cannot pitch 4 consecutive days. Minimally one day's rest is required.
Once a player assumes the position of pitcher, they cannot catch for the remainder of the day. This rule allows a player to catch and then pitch in the same game/day. However, the pitcher cannot pitch and then catch in the same game/day.
Pitchers shall be permitted to have 2 appearances in the same calendar day. However, if a pitcher requires a rest following their first appearance, they cannot return in the same calendar day.
Unplayed games at the end of the season result in a tie; 1 point each
